ATTENTION

The two contact points on the receiver must touch the pet’s skin to form a closed circuit so the shock function can be effective.

Must pay attention to close the receiver’s charging port tightly before putting it underwater, otherwise, it will damage the receiver, so had better not let it get into the water if possible.

If the receiver doesn’t respond when you’ve pressed the button, it may go into sleep mode. You can keep pressing the button until it responds.

Make the collar fit your dog snugly and check if two silicone covers can touch the dog’s neck.

Please read the user manual thoroughly before first using it.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Maybe it’s out of power charge the receiver and remote both for at least 3 hours, then try again.

Press the “1/2” Channel Button on the remote switching to the right channel, as you may switch to the wrong channel by mistake.

Please refer to the 7th picture shown above to re-match the remote with the receiver, this can fix a lot of problems when one or both of them are not working.
